Free WhatsApp tool by Ozvelo

Make a WhatsApp QR code ready to print

A code your customers scan to start a chat with you. Put it on the menu, the counter, a flyer, your shop window or the packaging. You can also make a code for any link.

  1. 1

Enter your number or a link

A WhatsApp chat with a first message, or any web address.

  2. 2

    Choose the look

Colour, square or round dots, a chat badge in the middle.

  3. 3

    Download and print

PNG for screens, SVG for sharp printing at any size.

Include the country code. Spaces, brackets and + are fine; we tidy it up.

Where a QR code helps

  • From paper to chatMenus, flyers, business cards and posters cannot carry a link. A code turns them into a way to reach you.
  • On the table and at the counterGuests scan and ask: is there a table tonight, what is today's soup, can I order to my room.
  • On packaging and receiptsA question about an order arrives in WhatsApp instead of a lost phone call.
  • Sharp at any sizeThe SVG file stays crisp on a sticker and on a shop window alike.

Questions about QR codes

Does the code expire?

No. The code simply contains your WhatsApp link, so it works for as long as your number does. There is no account, no scan limit and no redirect through Ozvelo.

How big should I print it?

At least 2 × 2 cm for something held in the hand, such as a menu or card. For a poster read from a distance, roughly one tenth of the reading distance: 30 cm away needs about 3 cm.

Which colours are safe?

A dark code on a light background. The tool warns you when the colour is too light to scan. Avoid placing the code on photos or patterned backgrounds, and keep the white margin around it.

PNG or SVG?

PNG for websites, social posts and documents. SVG for anything a print shop will handle, because it can be enlarged without losing sharpness.

Can I put my own logo in the middle?

This tool offers a chat badge. If you add your own logo in a design program, keep it smaller than one fifth of the code's width and test the result with two different phones.

If I have a link, why do I need a code?

A link works where people can tap. A code works where they cannot: on paper, on a wall, on a screen across the room.

Who answers when they scan and write?

You do, or Ozvelo does. Connect your WhatsApp number and the assistant replies from your own information around the clock.

The chats will come. Who answers them?

Ozvelo replies to WhatsApp, Instagram and website messages from your own information, 24/7, and hands over to your team when it matters.
