Guests ask on Instagram, WhatsApp or your website chat; the assistant checks HotelRunner live and answers with real rooms and prices, in their language.
An availability page for your website
Guests pick dates and see free rooms with live prices. One line of code puts it on any website.
A reception screen
A tablet at your front desk where guests tap, speak and hear the answer, with live availability from HotelRunner.

Copy the code from Connections into your site, or share the link. The page grows with its content, follows your colours and speaks five languages.

1In HotelRunner open Integrations, your app, Access details, and copy the token and your HR ID.
2In Ozvelo open Connections → HotelRunner and enter both (the property code is optional and adds a booking link).
3Press “Test connection”. Ozvelo runs a live two-night check and shows what it found.

Several HotelRunner accounts, for example two locations, can be connected to one business.

The assistant only reads availability and prices.
It never creates, changes or cancels a booking and never sees guest payment details.
You can disconnect at any time from Connections.
