Ozvelo Is Approved for the Official Pinterest API
13 October 2026. Pinterest today approved Ozvelo for standard access to the official Pinterest API, and Pinterest publishing is now live for every Ozvelo account. The integration is built on Pinterest API v5 and lets a business plan, schedule and publish pins from the same place it manages Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X and Bluesky.

Why Pinterest
Pinterest works differently from the feeds around it. A post on most networks is seen for a day or two; a pin keeps being found for months, because people arrive through search with something specific in mind: a room to furnish, a trip to plan, a menu to choose.
For the hotels, restaurants, studios and shops that use Ozvelo, that is a long tail of attention the other channels do not offer. Until now it also meant a separate tool and a separate routine. With this integration, a pin becomes one more destination for a post the team is already preparing.
What the integration does
- Board selection. Ozvelo reads the boards on the connected account, and you choose where each pin goes while preparing the post.
- Title and description, from one text. The first line of the post becomes the pin title; the rest becomes a search-friendly description of up to 800 characters.
- The right shape. Images are fitted to Pinterest's vertical 2:3 pin format automatically, and you can switch to portrait or square per post.
- Scheduling and approval. Pins share the calendar, drafts and approval steps of every other channel.
- Multiple images. Up to five images can go out as a single pin.
We wanted Pinterest to feel like a checkbox, not a project. If the photo and the text are ready, the pin should be too.
Security and access
Ozvelo connects only through Pinterest's official, documented API. You sign in on Pinterest's own screen and approve a defined set of permissions; Ozvelo does not see your Pinterest password, and you can remove its access from your Pinterest settings at any time.
Pinterest reviews every application that asks for standard access before it can publish on behalf of other accounts. Ozvelo passed that review today, which is what allows us to open Pinterest to every account rather than a test environment.
What comes next
Pinterest is the third publishing connection Ozvelo has added in eight days, after Bluesky on 6 October and X on 7 October. The goal behind all three is the same: a small team should be able to be present wherever its customers look, without multiplying the work.
Ozvelo is a social media and customer messaging workspace for small businesses. It brings publishing, scheduling, an inbox for customer messages and an AI assistant into one place.
Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. Ozvelo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Pinterest. Use of the Pinterest API is subject to Pinterest's developer terms.
