Ozvelo vs Tidio (2026): Website Chat With AI Included

OzveloTidio
Website chat with AI included in the price

Tidio is a well-designed website live chat with an AI agent called Lyro, popular with online shops. Ozvelo also gives you a website chat bubble and an AI assistant, and adds social media publishing, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram messages in the same inbox, and booking.

Figures come from Tidio's public pricing and help centre, checked on 24 October 2026.

The short answer
  • Tidio's AI is an add-on: Starter (€24.17 a month billed yearly) plus 50 Lyro conversations (€32.50) is about €57 a month. Ozvelo Essentials is €10 with 300 AI replies included.
  • Tidio doesn't publish social posts; Ozvelo publishes to ten platforms.
  • Tidio is stronger for e-commerce support teams: ten seats on Starter and a polished live-chat experience.
  • Ozvelo adds Telegram, booking and a voice reception screen.

Plans and prices

Tidio's plans are sized by conversations handled by people: Starter is €29 a month (€24.17 billed yearly) for 100 conversations and ten seats, and Growth starts at €59 (€49.17). Lyro AI is billed separately by AI conversation: €39 a month for 50, €210 for 300 and €700 for 1,000 on monthly billing, with two months free when paid yearly. Ozvelo's plans include AI replies: 300 a month on Essentials and 1,000 on Team.

What it costs for a typical small business

Note the units: Tidio counts AI conversations, Ozvelo counts AI replies. Even if every conversation needed three replies, Ozvelo Essentials' 300 replies would cover about 100 conversations. On Tidio that is €75 a month for Lyro alone on monthly billing.

To publish social media posts too
