By using Ozvelo you agree to these terms.
The service
Ozvelo lets businesses answer questions that arrive through messaging channels with AI, work together as a team, and schedule and publish social media posts. The service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the accounts you connect or are authorized to act on their behalf.
- You are responsible for the AI replies and the content you publish. We recommend reviewing replies on important matters.
- You must comply with the terms and messaging/publishing rules of Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Telegram, Bluesky and Mastodon. Unsolicited bulk or misleading messages and posts are prohibited.
- You may send marketing emails only to people who have given explicit consent.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your API keys.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these rules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, outages on third-party platforms, or incorrect AI replies.
